My cat is sick and i dont know whats wrong with him?

my cat is kinda old. he is 16. his nose keeps bleeding and he often coughs or sneezes more blood out. all he does is lay around. i mean being that he is old he always does this but he seems very fatigued he doesnt play with te younger cat anymore. i would take him too the vet but i dont have enough money. somebody please tell me whats wrong with taz...
