Could somebody help me find this sewing machine?

If your mother is a very experienced seamstress, she probably has her exact dream machine in mind already, unless she's been scared to even look at new machines because she can't afford one. Take her shopping one day and just happen to p by a sewing machine store, say "oh, let's go look in here for a minute". See what her response is to the machines they have there. Or give her a gift certificate to the best sewing machine store in town and let her go pick one. People who use a certain tool a lot often have very clear preferences.
