Why didn't the Polish airplane that crashed vaporize like 9-11?

All the airplanes and pengers that crashed on 9-11 vaporized - the whole airplane that crashed into the Pentagon disappeared along with all the bodies, everything including the black box vaporized, same with the one that crashed in the Pennsylvania field (leaving a shallow hole smaller than a swimming pool with no airplane or bodies which vaporized. Why were over 132 bodies of the Polish airplane crash recovered including the airplane parts?
