Can I pick up more than one rifle after the CA 10 day waiting period?

Well I went to Big5 on black friday because they had some great deals on firearms. I was originally looking to buy a Mossen-Nagant rifle but I couldn't keep my eyes off the SKS. I ended up getting the SKS instead and I filled out all the paperwork. I'm currently waiting for the background check to clear. My question is; when I go pick up my SKS could I also pick up the Mossen-Nagant without having to wait another 10 days and doing another background check even if its the same store and they have my approved background check in their hands.
