How to get my earning backing off?

ok so i got my 2nd hole picered like a year ago from piercing pagoda and the backing is really hard to get off i know its ridiculous ive had it in for over a year but i wont let anyone else touch it. im weird like that so just easy tips on how to get it off easy and quick THANKS!
