Are there places in vietnam where it isn't crowded?

..i once saw i guy selling ice cream on a jungle trail.. there is no place in vn that's not occupied, but if you get outside the cities you can find relative solitude..i know of plenty of places in the mts, a cpl of desert areas ..and some lonesome beaches.. but there is no accommodations for overnight.. stay in the cities, nha trang , da lat , buon me thuat, and go off on day trips with a good moto bike driver /guide...
