Attendance in Delhi University?

I know the min attendance reqd in DU is 67%...But Wot happens if u have less attendance....(I am not talking about escaping from the prerequisites on the grounds of CPT xams or Influencial mom or dad)..Also are Medical reasons valid??And is it necessary to p in all Bcom(h) subjects?
