How did female servants speak in the 19th century? (words and language, not diction)?

I am trying to devise a role for a servant in the 19th century (England, probably), but I don't know what kind of words to use (i can work out the accent). I want her to have a rough appearance, to tell the actual truth about a servant's life and the inability of servants to marriage, etc, the themes are not a problem. I REALLY NEED SOME EXAMPLES OF WORDS or something along the lines of how did the servants speak...dialect doesn't matter..Thanks!
