Sharp pain in the right side of head? ct scan normal?

i am having sharp pains in the right side of my head and a general feeling of pressure in just ONE SPOT on my head. i am also having dizziness, dilated pupils, ringing in my ears, weakness and tingling in limbs, and auditory hallucinations. severe mental changes too and fatigue. went to the hospital and ct scan was normal. i think i might go to a neurologist. maybe get an mri? they ruled it a migraine, but this just feels different than anything else ive ever had. any ideas? experiences? i am really worried...
