Im getting rats how do i choose which rats to buy?

Rat meat is generally best from grain / fruit fed rats. The most desirable (not so lean) are domestic brown rats. Their tender filleted meat is best done simmered in a skillet. Making soup out of it will just put it to waste unless you make a stew which will requirre several rats. I appluade you on your choice of dining as it is a very healthy and delicious quizine. You can also order pre-raised rats for the best cuts that you have been longing for all your life.
