How expensive is it to start an internet business?

the baby clothes i have were initially for a home based business but personal cirstances became the priority! Since then I can't manage to shift them. All the clothes are brand new, I had sold a few here and there, very good quality ones but for some reason, I can't sell them at bazaars etc; I don't want to 'give them away' but seems as if i might have to!
