How do you reverse the effect of shrunken clothes?

there's no way to reverse shrunken clothes. it depends on how shrunk they are; if its only a little you could try soaking them in cold water and then just hang them on hangers to try and pull the sleeves out and pull the shirt hem down to try to stretch them out when they're wet,
