How can i get rid of lice and eggs in one day?! help!?

ok, im 12 yrs old going on 13 and i havent had lice eversince like wat, 1st grd? well now im a middle schooler in 7th grade and i take so much better care of my hair now but i got lice again! it is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo irritating and i keep itching! im also scared cause ive heard that lice may kill u too in certaain cases. but i cannot afford ANYTHING that has to do with medicational stuff for it. can someone pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease help me?! i have used vinegar( not white vinegar) listerine and ive been washing my hair CONSTANTLY!!!!! hell, i just got out of the shower like idk 5 minutes ago?! can someone give me ANY home remedies to help me get rid of lice in one day?! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
