Fitness standards for ROTC and officers?

I'm hoping to join NROTC or do Marine Corps OCS in the future, but I'm wondering what standards are required for entering either program. I know what the standards to enlist and enter boot camp are, but do officer candidates have higher entry requirements? What standards are they required to meet? Thank you in advance.
